This is our continued commitment to you, and to every one of our projects.
John Bedwell Management equips every individual performing work in the field with the information and tools necessary to execute properly the first time. Prior to construction, our Project Manager uses a project management plan and creates a project-specific risk assessment that details critical design elements, quality details, and unique challenges that will need to be addressed in the work, and then holds each individual accountable for achieving the established quality standards, from early verification through final inspection. Our disciplined process prevents quality issues before they arise.
Quality is important to our business because we value our customers. We strive to provide our customers with construction and maintenance which meet and even exceed their expectations. We are committed to continuous improvement and have established an Integrated Management System which provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance.
Our ethics cover a diverse landscape of practices, some with legal implications, all of which we are aware. We are aware company policies, mission, employer demeanor and actions provide a working template for employees to use as they conduct their day-to-day business.
Integrity requires the courage to do what is right despite popular opinion. Our employees practice integrity in the workplace and support what is morally right. We keep our word to our clients because it is the right thing to do and because their word is the company's word. Integrity requires consistent practice.
Toolbox meetings are held weekly and give management an opportunity to give feedback on audit procedure changes and site inspections. This also gives workers a process to initiate changes, have discussions and suggest ways of improving practices when performing tasks.
Daily briefings are held at the start of each day. Supervisors have conversations with work groups about tasks to be completed that day and the specific hazards and controls associated with these activities.
JSEA generation generally follows the Daily Briefing as work groups discuss with each other, and their supervisor, the specific steps for each task. Tasks are written down and risk assessed both before and after controls have been implemented to ensure a safe work method has been achieved.
