Prior to construction, our Project Manager uses a project management plan and creates a project-specific risk assessment that details critical design elements, quality details, and unique challenges that will need to be addressed in the work, and then holds each individual accountable for achieving the established quality standards, from early verification through final inspection. Our disciplined process prevents quality issues before they arise.
